Orders cannot be printed or shipped if your payment has not cleared – this may take up to five working days, but we’ll let you know when we ship your order.
All of our prices are given in Pounds Sterling (GBP – £), and include VAT where applicable. VAT Receipts may be provided on request.
If an incorrect price, either higher or lower, is shown at any time due to a technical or human error, we are not required to honour that price.

You may exchange gift vouchers to the value indicated on the gift voucher, whether in whole or in part, for items listed on our website.
Gift Vouchers expire two years from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or any goods already supplied or ordered. Any unused balance will remain with your unique Gift Voucher Code, or, if you have an account with us, in your account. This balance may be spent on a future order.
If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, then the remaining balance of the order must be paid, by you, in full, before the order can be proceessed.
All Gift Vouchers are issued as eGift Vouchers.
eGift Vouchers will be sent to the email address of whomever is ordering the voucher. We do offer an option to allow the eGift Voucher to be sent to a different email address.
You may select a date to send the voucher to someone else’s email address, however, please make sure that they’ll be happy to hear from us, and that they add firstname.lastname@example.org to their Safe Senders List, so that they get our eGift Voucher email. If the code is not delivered, then the person who placed the order must get in touch with us so we can manually resend the code. We will blacklist the original voucher code.
Regretfully, we are unable to re-issue lost, stolen, mislaid, or damaged Gift Vouchers without good cause and proof of purchase of the original voucher.
