Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalisation details for orders should be stated at the time of ordering.

These orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

If you make an error while you are ordering, please email us as soon as possible so that we are able to try and rectify this.

We won’t take responsibility if you make a mistake, and we don’t have to correct it once we’ve printed your order.

Damage, Loss & Incorrect Information

THIS APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS, INCLUDING CUSTOMISED AND PERSONALISED ORDERS.

If your order is damaged during shipment, then we ask that you report damages to us as soon as you recieve your order, but, ideally, within 7 days, alongside photographic evidence, to create a Damage Claim.

If we approve your Damage Claim, then we will either:

  • replace the product(s) that are damaged;
  • refund the amount for the product(s) damaged;
  • credit your account for the damage.

Your claim will be processed within 14 days.

If, after 20 working days (including Saturdays), you have not recieved your order, after we have notified you of shipment, please contact us to arrange a refund or a replacement product.

We won’t be held responsible for any parcels that are lost due to incorrect address information, as you’re responsible for keeping your account up-to-date with the latest information

We also won’t be held responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete customisation information.
